46mm frame dimension front to
back. (Vent 53mm) Severe weather rating to BS 6375-1:1989. Tilt before turn Window will achieve an overall window U-valve of 2.2 W/m2K by using an IGU specification of: 1st Generation soft-coat and argon filled cavity (Centre pane U-valve of 1.3 W/m2K). Or 2nd Generation soft-coat and air filled cavity (Centre pane U-valve of 1.4 W/m2K). 21 mm hardware cavity with 22mm over rebate. Test pass to BS 7950: 1997 Specification for enhanced security performance of casement and tilt/turn windows for domestic applications. Standard & heavy-duty vent profiles. All vents are internally beaded (up to 28mm IGU thickness). |

| Doors | 54 mm and 100mm stiles. 26mm, 55mm, 100mm and 150mm rail sizes. Full and half finger guard stiles with jamb adapter. Horizontal rails have integral external glazing rebate for extra security. 20mm glazing rebates provides excellent glass cover - safer and visually better for hiding IGU spacer bars. Engineered rail to stile cleats require no special stile preparation. Rail infill allows for double wool-pile to run around the full perimeter of the door leaf. Range of beads and gaskets for single and double glazing up to a maximum nominal thickness of 28mm. Accepts all standard commercial door hardware. Door leafs can be pivoted, hinged and rebated, manual and auto sliding types |

| Framing | Slim 45mm x 100mm sight lines
for both double and single glazed versions. Computer assessment of sections - means stronger profiles per weight than many existing designs. Four screw port detailing with offset legs means stronger profiles per weight than many existing designs. Single transom designs with bead provide significant cost reductions. Increased glass cover into pockets - safer and visually better for hiding IGU spacer bars. Deep/normal glass pocket in main mullions - easier to shuffle glaze. Single design of corner post accepts both double and single glazed clip in plates. Low and rebate threshold acceptable for wheel chair access. |
